Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 7-12 business days within the U.S. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified within 2 hours of placement. Contact us immediately at Hello@threehill.com with your order number.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to U.S. addresses only. International shipping will be available in the future.
How do I track my order?
Visit our Track My Order page or use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn items with original tags attached. See our Returns Policy for details.
How do I start a return?
Email Hello@threehill.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return authorization and instructions.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! We can exchange for a different size or color based on availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Bank processing takes an additional 3-10 business days.

How do I choose the right size?
Use our comprehensive Size Guide with measurements and fit guidance for each series. Between sizes? We recommend sizing up for layering or down for a closer fit.
What's the difference between series?
AIRSPEED: Lightweight shells for fast-moving conditions
APOGEE: Insulated layers for variable environments
AERODIVE: Technical performance for high-output activity
How do I care for my gear?
Machine wash cold on gentle cycle with technical fabric detergent. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Never use fabric softener. See Care Instructions for series-specific guidance.
Are THREE HILL products waterproof?
Our garments feature DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating for water resistance in light rain and snow. They are not fully waterproof. See Technology for details.

Do I need an account to order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, an account provides order history, faster checkout, and early access to releases.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. See Payments & Security.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL and processed through PCI-compliant payment processors. We never store your complete credit card information.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Account" in the navigation, select "Forgot Password," and follow the email instructions to reset.
