Order Tracking

For Registered Users

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Navigate to "Order History"
  3. Click on the order you want to track
  4. View real-time tracking information

For Guest Orders

Use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email, or enter your information below:

Order Number: Found in your order confirmation email

Shipping Timeline

Order Processing

1-2 business days
Your order is being prepared, quality checked, and packaged for shipment.

In Transit

7-12 business days
Your order is en route to your shipping address. Tracking updates will show movement through carrier facilities.

Out for Delivery

Same day
Your order is on the delivery vehicle and will arrive by end of business day.

Delivered

Your order has been delivered. Check your tracking for delivery confirmation and signature (if required).

Tracking Status Definitions

Order Confirmed: We've received your order and payment
Processing: Your order is being prepared for shipment
Shipped: Your order has left our facility
In Transit: Your order is moving through the carrier network
Out for Delivery: Your order is on the delivery vehicle
Delivered: Your order has been delivered
Exception: Delivery delay or issue (see details in tracking)

Tracking Not Updating?

Common Reasons

Label Created, Not Shipped: Tracking number generated but package hasn't been picked up yet. Updates will appear within 24 hours of carrier pickup.

In Transit, No Updates: Package is moving between facilities. Updates may be delayed 24-48 hours during transit.

Delivery Attempted: Carrier attempted delivery but no one was available. Check tracking for redelivery options or pickup location.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • FedEx

Your shipping confirmation email will specify which carrier is handling your delivery.

Delivery Issues

Package Not Delivered

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check all possible delivery locations (porch, mailbox, garage, neighbors)
  2. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
  3. Check with household members or building management
  4. Wait 24 hours (sometimes marked delivered before actual delivery)
  5. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
  6. Contact us at Hello@threehill.com if unresolved after 48 hours

Delayed Delivery

Delays can occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier volume (holidays, peak seasons)
  • Address issues or delivery exceptions
  • Customs delays (if applicable)

Check your tracking for specific delay reasons. Contact us if your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window.

Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Document damage with photos (box and contents)
  2. Keep all packaging materials
  3. Contact us immediately at Hello@threehill.com
  4. Include order number and photos

International Orders

THREE HILL currently ships to U.S. addresses only. International shipping will be available in the future.
