Whistleblowing Policy
THREE HILL is committed to maintaining the highest standards of business ethics, transparency, and legal compliance. We encourage all employees, contractors, partners, and stakeholders to report any concerns about potential misconduct.
Purpose
This whistleblowing policy provides a confidential channel for reporting:
- Violations of law or regulations
- Unethical business practices
- Fraud, theft, or financial misconduct
- Health and safety violations
- Environmental violations
- Discrimination or harassment
- Conflicts of interest
- Retaliation against whistleblowers
- Any other serious concerns about business conduct
Protection Against Retaliation
THREE HILL strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith. Retaliation includes:
- Termination or demotion
- Harassment or intimidation
- Discrimination or unfavorable treatment
- Any other adverse action
Anyone found to have retaliated against a whistleblower will face disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
Confidentiality
We treat all reports with strict confidentiality to the extent permitted by law. Your identity will be protected throughout the investigation process unless disclosure is required by legal obligation or necessary for a thorough investigation.
You may submit reports anonymously if you prefer.

What to Include
To help us investigate effectively, please provide:
- Detailed description of the concern
- Names of individuals involved (if known)
- Dates, times, and locations of incidents
- Any supporting documentation or evidence
- Your contact information (optional for anonymous reports)
Investigation Process
- Receipt: We will acknowledge receipt of your report within 3 business days
- Review: A designated compliance officer will review the report
- Investigation: We will conduct a thorough, impartial investigation
- Action: Appropriate corrective action will be taken if misconduct is confirmed
- Follow-up: You will be informed of the outcome (to the extent permitted by confidentiality and legal requirements)
Good Faith Reporting
Reports should be made in good faith with a reasonable belief that misconduct has occurred. Deliberately false or malicious reports may result in disciplinary action.
External Reporting
While we encourage internal reporting, you have the right to report concerns to external authorities, including:
- Law enforcement agencies
- Regulatory bodies
- Government agencies
- Legal counsel
