Everything you need to know about creating an account and placing orders with THREE HILL.

Creating an Account

Why Register?

  • Faster checkout with saved shipping information
  • Order history and tracking in one place
  • Save items to your wishlist
  • Early access to new releases and exclusive offers
  • Manage returns and exchanges easily

How to Register

  1. Click "Account" in the top navigation
  2. Select "Create Account"
  3. Enter your email address and create a password
  4. Confirm your email address via the verification link
  5. Complete your profile with shipping information (optional)

Account Security

Your password should be:

  • At least 8 characters long
  • A combination of letters, numbers, and symbols
  • Unique to your THREE HILL account

Never share your password. If you suspect unauthorized access, reset your password immediately.

Placing an Order

Step-by-Step

  1. Browse: Explore our AIRSPEED, APOGEE, and AERODIVE collections
  2. Select: Choose your size using our Size Guide
  3. Add to Cart: Review your selections in the cart
  4. Checkout: Enter shipping and payment information
  5. Review: Confirm order details before submitting
  6. Confirmation: Receive order confirmation via email

Guest Checkout

You can place an order without creating an account. Simply select "Continue as Guest" at checkout. Note that you won't have access to order history or saved information.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you'll receive:

  • Immediate: Order confirmation email with order number
  • Within 1-2 days: Shipping confirmation with tracking information
  • Updates: Delivery status notifications

Check your spam folder if you don't receive confirmation within 15 minutes.

Order Tracking

Registered Users

Log in to your account and view "Order History" to track all orders.

Guest Orders

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit our Track My Order page and enter your order number and email.

Modifying Orders

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, orders enter processing and cannot be changed.

To modify an order:

  • Contact us immediately at Hello@threehill.com
  • Include your order number and requested changes
  • We'll confirm if modification is possible

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • PayPal
  • Shop Pay
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

All transactions are processed securely with encryption. We never store your complete credit card information.

Order Issues

Payment Declined

If your payment is declined:

  • Verify card information is correct
  • Ensure sufficient funds are available
  • Check with your bank for security holds
  • Try an alternative payment method

Order Not Received

If you don't receive confirmation within 15 minutes, check:

  • Spam or junk email folders
  • Email address entered correctly
  • Payment was successfully processed
